High-quality tea can be eaten, can prevent diseases, can quench thirst, it is both food and drink, and it is also a nourishing life, pleasing spirit, enlightening life's spiritual sustenance. The classification of Chinese tea refers to dividing Chinese tea into 7 major categories based on different processing techniques, fermentation levels, and visual features. These include Green tea, White tea, Yellow tea, Oolong tea, Black tea, Dark black tea / Pu-erh tea, and flower tea. All of our teas are sourced from my tea academy and authentic tea mountains. In Day Day Up Tea,our tea art and culture are showcased through the presentation of the color, fragrance, taste, shape, and origin of famous tea varieties, as well as the introduction of brewing techniques and cultural background.
Gung Fu Tea is a traditional Chinese tea preparation method that emphasizes skill, patience, and artistry. It involves brewing tea in small pots, using high-quality leaves like oolong, and serving it in tiny cups to savor the aroma and flavor. The process requires precise control of water temperature and steeping time, reflecting the spirit of Chinese tea culture.
